Sep 28, 2020 Sharon 4 stars ally liked it This book, Gunfighters, Thieves and Lawmen by David Milton McGown, begins with Sully Wheeler, a former gunfighter, looking to stop the rustling of his cattle. He is “retired” and hoping to stay quietly settled. Then comes the arrival of Constable Edward Theason, with unclear intent in his assistance in helping Sully. There are a few other characters that also infuse this story with interest.
